Wet rot cured - 95% of damaged and rotten timber is fixable and guaranteed.
All exterior paints and stains applied.
Gutter cleaning - All guttering is cleaned out as standard as we work around the property.
Glazing - Replacement of blown double glazed units and single glazed panes replaced.
Timber replacement - Rotten window sills and frames replaced if un-fixable.
Access - Ladder, tower erection, Cherry picker access where necessary
Public liability insurance cover for up to £5,000,000
Interior services:
Preparation with all projects is key. All necessary preparation is undertaken on every job before a tin of paint or roll of paper is opened. Each job is individual and the process of preparation varies and will be applied accordingly.
All emulsions, stains, varnishing, waxing, applied as well as all wood and metal finishes, with the appropriate primers.
Wallpaper hanging - All variants and makes of wallpaper hanged to exceptional standards.
- Lining paper of all grades applied to walls and ceilings where necessary - this also prevents the need for plastering.
Ceramic tiling - Wall and floor tiling (bathrooms,kitchens and showers) to exceptional standards.
